Lumi is a calm companion for the days between your sessions: a check-in, a page to write things down, and small skills from CBT and DBT for the moment someone needs them. Your clients use it on their own, at their own pace.

What your clients can do with it

• Check in. A gummy for how they feel drops into a jar that fills over the month. Missed days don’t reset anything.
• Write it down. What happened, the thought on repeat, and the thinking traps in it.
• Watch a thought get edited. Lumi crosses out the word that isn’t quite true and writes in a fairer one, in their own words.
• Calm down in the moment. Breathing, 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 grounding, TIPP, and putting a worry on ice until worry time.
• Learn the skills. Fourteen short lessons from DBT: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and relationships.
• Find help fast. The crisis lines for their country are one tap away on every screen, and never behind a paywall.

What it isn’t

Lumi isn’t therapy, a diagnosis or a crisis service, and it doesn’t replace you. There’s no clinician dashboard: you see only what a client chooses to show you.

A PDF to bring to the session

With Lumi Pro, a client can make a PDF of their pages for a stretch of time: each page’s date and mood, what happened, the thought, the thinking trap and what they wrote back. They decide whether to share it, and with whom.

Private by design

Pages, check-ins and worries stay on the client’s phone, and the journal and tools need no account. Talking to Lumi, the weekly story and Lumi’s edits of their own thoughts use AI once they sign in: the sign-in sheet says what gets sent, and what’s sent isn’t kept on our servers or used for training.
